openlms support KB: We need a shorter link to share

Navigating to the KB URL is a bit convoluted. Consider shorten the URL (https://support.openlms.net/hc/en-us/categories/360002155137-Knowledge-Base) to something I could share with our instructors and internal support team (i.e. https://support.openlms.net/kb, https://support.openlms.net/self-help, ect)
