Credit (Greg Bird): What technology are you using for the classroom video capture? Zoom cloud recordings + the Zoom LTI integration into Moodle can provide full end-to-end functionality.

I know a number of organisations that use Katura, to manage their digital video assets.

Credit (Norma Ann Celestine): Thanks for your response. We use BBB and Zoom to record the lectures. BBB is access specific to the course and semester, while we would like all our authenticated uers to be able to access any of the lecture recordings. And while Zoom links can work currently for everyone, I am wary about the long-term viability of using Zoom, in effect, as a repository. A top-level, searchable LMS Media Gallery that all authenticated users could access, would be the ideal - if it is linking from one secure repository.

Be aware - these solutions require considerable investment and ongoing resourcing.
