How to assign chair, director or manager role in 4.0

Credit (J. Edward Ladenburger): I have lost the ability to assign Chair/Director or Manager role to a category in the upgrade to 4.0 How do we do this now?

  Credit (J. Edward Ladenburger): never mind -- I found the answer: Role assignments for a category are "hidden" under Permissions -- and then a drop-down menu
