Browse Users Page - Filter options

Since the update the filter option on my "Browse Users" page has changed. I enter the last name but need to scroll to the bottom to click "apply now" to get the users name on my screen. I want to relocate this to the top of the filter screen.

Also I then need to go back in and scroll to the bottom to click the "reset" button. The filter useed to clear itself when I left the screen and logged out but it doesnt anymore. Can I also move the reset button, or change my settings for it to clear when I log out?
