Open Reports Engine Suggestions

Hello,

I have several suggestions for the Open Reports Engine:

1. Allow for custom scheduling for a report. E.g. I'd love to have a report run twice per week.
2. Allow for report scheduling to be set on the report itself rather than it be tied to an account. I have a scheduled report that I'd like to have continue to run even if I leave the institution.
3. Add hidden/auto-set filters to reports. This would allow us to have a report narrowed down a bit by default (e.g., restricted to a certain category already) before filtering more.
4. Add the ability to pull in the name of a role. I often want to pull in just the instructors and managers enrolled in courses but not the students.
5. Add a report source for competencies and outcomes.
6. "Show by the start date" on the Content tab would function better with drop downs that allow you to set the number, the time period (days, weeks, months, years), and tense (past, future). I often want to pull records in the next week, but the closest option is the next 30 days.
