Snap new features for 4.3 MP2
With the release of Moodle 4.3 MP2, the Snap theme introduces several key updates aimed at enhancing the user experience and aligning the theme more closely with Moodle’s latest design and functionality standards. These updates focus on modernizing the visual design, improving accessibility, and ensuring better compatibility with the new features and changes in Moodle core.
Enrolled courses in the front page
We have enhanced the 'Enrolled Courses' section on the Snap home page to offer a better organized and more uniform appearance. The course list is now displayed in a card format, ensuring consistency in layout regardless of image size or description length.
New featured categories
Building on the concept of ‘Featured Courses’, we have introduced a new 'Featured Categories' section on the Snap home page. This feature highlights up to eight categories, each displayed as a card with a description and cover image. Users can easily browse the courses within each category by clicking on the corresponding card. Additionally, admins can access category details and editing options directly from this section.
These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to improving usability, aesthetics, and functionality, ensuring that Snap remains a powerful and adaptable tool within the Moodle ecosystem. We look forward to seeing how these updates enhance your experience, and we welcome further feedback as we continue to develop and improve Snap in future releases.
