Anonymous Forum posting

Is there a way or a setting in Forums for anonymous posting?  I know there is in OpenForum. If not, is that a feature coming soon?

  Thank you for your message.

  You are correct, this feature is available in Open Forum. But as you may know, the Open Forum plugin will no longer be supported. You may use Open Forum at least until the end of the year, as we confirm their final availability date.

  Moodle™ has no upcoming plans to offer an alternative, as this functionality would require, among other things, that posting activity does not appear on the Logs or does not include all information that would break anonymity. But doing so could represent a potential violation of federal law.

  I apologize if this is not a satisfying answer. Many clients have manifested their interest on an anonymous forum posting feature, and we are looking into alternatives.
