Custom enrolment message - enable username field

When upgrading our LMS version, the functionality to customise enrolment notifications has been disabled at a course level.  Only available to customise within a program. 

• First suggestion is to bring back this functionality in future versions.  We rely heavily on this functionality and it is now a significant system limitation for us
• Second suggestion to customise program enrolment notification:
  Enable username field to display within text body to program custom enrolment notification.  The only fields that can be imbedded are: 
  user_fullname
  user_firstname
  user_lastname
  program_fullname
  program_idnumber
  program_url
  program_sourcename
  program_status
  program_allocationdate
  program_startdate
  program_duedate
  program_enddate
  program_completeddate
