    Hi Daniel, thank you for your message.

    We would probably need to identify in your organization the person who can access the Azure system and generate new credentials there. You may need to get in touch with their support team.

    Our support team will be happy to help you. Please verify that you are an authorized contact for your account, or please ask the person to do so.

    If this is making you unable to use your Open LMS site, please set the ticket as an incident so it gets the highest priority.
