Dashboard completion reports?

I am trying to pull a report to show me dashboard completion percentages for all learners - is this possible to obtain?

  Hi Madison,  

  I am wanting to run a report to see how many of our staff have fully completed the courses they have been enrolled into. eg. below person has completed 56% of their courses.  I know I can run course by course reports but would like to be able to see an overall training snapshot.
