    1. Plugins for OpenLMS Moodle are enabled by OpenLMS, you cannot install a random plugin like you could on a personal running copy of Moodle.

    2. Access to the database is via Home page/Reports/AdminSQL.  But it is read only.

    3. adminer.php is a database administration tool.  OpenLMS is most likely never going to install something like this.

Under the SQL report builder you can look at and join in any of the tables.  Here is one very small example.  But, if you are looking for something for recovery I'd recommended getting with your account representative.

It is not in the site admin dashboard.

    Front page/Home/Reports/Admin SQL

Other items on that page are: Competency Breakdown, Admins SQL, Deferred Admin SQL, Logs, Live Logs, Activity report, Course Participation, and Event monitoring rules.

If you don't see these, and you are on OpenLMS Moodle, are you a site admin?

The link to the Report page is
    https://<YOUR_DOMAIN>/report/view.php?courseid=1

We have our site in the Boost theme so it could look slightly different in Snap, if that is what you are running.
