- Updated multi-tenancy framework to provide greater flexibility and other enhancements
- Added new context level for tenants.
- Added new option for "No tenant" for users. These users exist outside of tenants.

- Added tenant role archetypes.
- Added support for per tenant idP (Identity provider) mapping for SAML2 and updated underlying SAML2 plugin to latest version.
- Disabling multitenancy once it is enabled now requires moving all users to the "No tenant" option and deleting all tenants. Then a "De-activate tenants" button will appear on the Manage tenants page.

- Enhanced programs report source to add a new content column which includes the courses inside of a program and their statuses.
- Created a new report source for F2F sessions.

- Moved management link to the Appearance tab (for full admins) and for other systems roles to the Appearance section of the Site Administration tab.
- Now have the option to clone an existing Dashboard when creating a new one.
- Note: all existing dashboards will be migrated to the new version. This will result in the URL changing for those dashboards.
- Added mod_coursecertificate to the default WORK installation.
