Major new features/changes for 1.0.6

1. Updated underlying Moodle to 3.11.8.
2. Added the ability to create multiple dashboards (works with multitenancy or without).
3. Related to the multiple dashboard feature, we've created copies of some dashboard-specific blocks, so that they'll work in more than one dashboard. They're identified with "- Multiple Dashboards" after the name. 
4. Added a new reporting framework - this includes a Report Builder and blocks that add lists of reports visible to a user, two blocks to embed report tables or graphs on dashboards or anywhere you can add a block. 
5. Fixed a bug which prevents tenant admins from updating users after they'd been created 
6. Fixed a bug where the tenant user list was not filtering as expected

• Per tenant certificate templates (by default users with tenant manager role can create them within their tenant)
• Lite programs - courses can be grouped together with access to each course dependent on completion of the previous course. A visual indication of this linkage is created automatically (supplied via enrol_coursecompleted - if installed)
• Live event registration and session management with the ability to manage users in bulk via CSV, mobile app support and mark completion based on attendance status.
• Visual catalog with advanced filtering
• Upload course completions and activity grades in bulk from a central location
