Major new features/changes for 1.0.5

1. New tool to upload/import course completion statuses (including dates) sitewide. This can also upload module grades from a centralized location. 
2. Spanish translations for most features enabled out of the box. 
3. Upgraded underlying Moodle to 3.11.7

Functionality available now

• Tenant creation
• User self-registration or manual authentication per tenant
• Bulk user upload per tenant
• Per tenant branding in a Boost-based theme (logo, favicon, color and css) 
• Separate login instructions per tenant 
• Allowed/denied email domains per tenant for self-registration
• Locked user fields per tenant (for enabled authentication methods)
• Per tenant certificate templates (by default users with tenant manager role can create them within their tenant)
• Lite programs - courses can be grouped together with access to each course dependent on completion of the previous course. A visual indication of this linkage is created automatically (supplied via enrol_coursecompleted - if installed)
• Live event registration and session management with the ability to manage users in bulk via CSV, mobile app support and mark completion based on attendance status.
