Major new features/changes for 1.0.3

1. The underlying Moodle version was upgraded to Moodle 3.11.6. 
2. New visual catalog features
   1. The catalog now includes a way to add a default image which will displayed unless the course has a course image set. 
   2. You can configure the filters to display at the top of the catalog page or in a collapsible sidebar.
   3. You can choose which filters to enable - options are: category, custom course fields (all or selected), and tags. 
   4. This enables a lite ecommerce solution out of the box. Using native features you can search by price or by whether ecommerce is an option for courses. View the course overview, course image, and price and click a link to go straight to the checkout experience for the course.

• Tenant creation
• User self-registration or manual authentication per tenant
• Bulk user upload per tenant
• Per tenant branding in a Boost-based theme (logo, favicon, color and css) 
• Per tenant certificate templates (by default users with tenant manager role can create them within their tenant)
• Lite programs - courses can be grouped together with access to each course dependent on completion of the previous course. A visual indication of this linkage is created automatically (supplied via enrol_coursecompleted - if installed)
• Live event registration and session management
• Visual catalog with advanced filtering
