Access your SFTP

1. Download and Install an SFTP client such as (FileZilla) - https://filezilla-project.org/
2. Launch the application
3. Create a new site connection
4. Enter the session information:
   • Protocol
   • Host
   • Port number
   • Username 
   • Password
5. Submit the information and select “OK” to save without connecting, or click “Connect” to access and save the site.

If you are not sure of your SFTP credentials, submit a support ticket to the Open LMS team.
