You can copy your Conduit Mappings using the export tool on your site. This can be a time saver if you want to make sure your mappings match from one site to another without checking each and every field.
The Conduit mappings are found under the Conduit > Settings > Mappings tab. In order to copy the settings, we first export them from one site and then import them to the new site. (Usually between a production site and a sandbox site for testing or deploying after testing.)
How to Export Conduit Mappings
Navigate to Conduit > Settings > Mappings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Mappings page you will find the Export button. This will allow you to export and download an XML file that has the mappings.
- Save the mappings file to your computer.
How to Import Conduit Mappings
- On the site you wish to copy your Conduit Mappings to, navigate to Conduit > Settings > Import tab.
- Upload the mappings file and click the Import button.
- Once imported, you will see the Mappings screen. The changes from the import will be presented, but not yet saved. Review the changes on this page and then click the Save changes button to complete the import.
