
Attached to this article is a spreadsheet of our Open Report Engine report sources and all of the fields that are able to be chosen as columns in a report. These are current as of August, 2025. They should help you to determine which report source you need and which columns you'll be able to choose when you've selected a report source.
How to use this information
Once you download and open the spreadsheet, you'll notice there are tabs along the bottom (outlined below in a red box). These are the report sources. If you choose the tab of the report source you'd like to review, you'll see the group (outlined below in a blue box) and the field (outlined below in a yellow box).
The report sources outlined in red above correspond with the report sources you can choose from when you go to Site administration > Reports > Open Report Engine > Create report:
Once you've chosen a report source, you can find the groups, which correspond with the blue boxes, and the fields, which correspond with the yellow boxes from the spreadsheet:
