Program Export and Import

When viewing the Program management overview page or individual program management pages you'll see a three dot menu that let's you access extra settings and options. From this menu, if you have the appropriate permissions, you'll be able to export a copy of the definitions of all programs or the chosen program, respectively. From the main program management page you'll also have the option to "Upload programs." 

The best way to make sure you understand the structure you'll need for uploading is to create a sample program and export that. When exporting or importing you have a few options for the format. You can choose a single json file, a zip file with all the required csv files, or individual csv files. 

Using this tool you'll be able to build programs in either csv or json format and then upload them into your site. This enables you to create programs in bulk. Combined with the ability to upload history in bulk this enables large migrations of data into your LMS either from a legacy LMS or from external systems.
