New and Updated WORK Features
- We've added three new report sources to enhance reporting for Certifications. The new sources are Certifications, Certification assignments, and Certification periods
- We've added a new availability restriction to support Face-to-face sessions. This feature will let you limit access to activities or resources based on a user signing up for a specific session or by the start date of a specific session
- New File storage utilities plugin that provides a report about files stored in your site and provides easier access to those files to review or delete
- Added a new report source for Vouchers when a site has ecommerce enabled
- Improved voucher reporting for buyers, so that they can see how which user account redeemed a voucher, the redemption date, and the expiration date (if relevant)
Bug fixes and minor enhancements
- Fixed a bug that prevents the content tab from displaying properly when editing a report using the Questions report source
- Fixed a bug with the filters in the Assignment submissions report source
- Fixed an issue in the Face-to-face report source where cancelled registrations were artificially inflating the registration total
- Fixed an issue in user reports where grades that were 0.0% were triggering an error
- Fixed a bug where setting up a certification allocation in a program, but not linking it to a certification could result in archived allocations for other sources
- Fixed a bug where tenant cohort membership did not update in a timely fashion
- Improved how face-to-face handles session data which should result in modest performance improvements
- Minor performance improvements for sites with hundreds of top level categories or hundreds of tenants
