Release notes for WORK 2.2

The Open LMS Product team is happy to announce the release of WORK 2.2 on October 19, 2023.

Upgrade to Core 4.1.6

As part of this release, the team reviewed the code of 4.1.6 and upgraded the underlying systems, adding the corresponding fixes, improvements, and security patches.

New and Updated WORK Features

• New APIs for managing tenants - including the ability to create, update, archive and related tenant management tasks 
• New report sources for User Development Plans - one for active plans and one for requests 
• The Face-to-face report source now includes the ability to display the number of available seats, F2F instance names can now be links to the activity page, and you can limit the content displayed by the report by session dates
• Added a new feature that let's us migrate mod_certificate instances, along with the issued certificates, to mod_coursecertificate instances

Bug fixes and minor enhancements 

• In the last release we fixed some issues with Program dates - unfortunately that fix was a bit too aggressive and was deleting other calendar events too. We've fixed that, so now Programs leaves other calendar events alone
• The program scheduled tasks should perform better and use less memory 
• Fixed a bug in certifications where the list of users was blank when you attempted to filter by status
